About Me

Hi, I'm Georgina, a Registered Fertility Nutritionist

I specialise in PMOS/PCOS, miscarriage, egg freezing, unexplained infertility and IVF support.

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me pottering round the Cotswolds with my Labrador, cooking for friends and enjoying an occasional glass of wine.

A Journey To Becoming A Fertility Expert

I have endometriosis, PMOS, hypothyroidism and PMDD. I've had surgery for a dermoid ovarian cyst the size of a grapefruit, as well as surgery to remove endometriosis. I've been through fertility preservation (egg freezing) for medical reasons, and I take hormone replacement medication alongside my supplements every single day. When I say I get it, I mean it.

My approach draws on both conventional medicine and functional / lifestyle medicine. I firmly believe the best results happen when the two work together, which is why I've built relationships with gynaecologists, IVF clinics and GPs, and why I see myself as part of a team with my clients, not working in isolation.

Decoding your fertility puzzle

I bring a functional, root-cause, evidence based and personalised approach to every client I work with. I'm deeply empathetic and genuinely committed to each person I see, and my natural curiosity means I approach every case like a detective, piecing things together until we understand what's really going on. I only work with a small number of couples at a time so I can give them the attention and care they need.

I have long believed that diet and lifestyle deserve a proper seat at the table in fertility care, not as an afterthought to medical treatment, but alongside it. What you eat, how you sleep and how you manage stress speaks directly to your hormones and your fertility. I'm glad to see more clinics recognising this too, with a growing number now recommending nutrition and lifestyle changes as part of their treatment. The evidence is clear - the work that I do genuinely increases not only fertility outcomes but also the future health of the child.

I also see clients through a renowned global Functional Medicine Clinic, regularly attend conferences to stay at the forefront of emerging fertility science, and have appeared on podcasts discussing fertility and women's health. I undertake regular research and training to keep abreast of scientific advances and stay at the forefront of what functional medicine has to offer to best support my clients. My current research areas include microbiome research, immunology, sperm health, genetic testing and reproductive technology.

Frequently Asked Questions

Starting your health journey can feel overwhelming. Here are answers to some of the most common questions.

What are my qualifications as a fertility nutritionist?

I studied for four years and graduated with a distinction from the Institute for Optimal Nutrition. I then spent a further two years specialising in fertility and women's health. The learning never stops though. I stay on top of the latest research every day, so my advice is always current.

What are my values as a practitioner?

I always aim to bring hope and empathy into every consultation. I also believe food should be joyful, so the odd bit of chocolate or a bowl of pasta is never off the table.

Why do I work as a fertility nutritionist?

I believe everyone has the right to build their own family, and it's a privilege to be part of that journey with so many couples. Having been through my own hormone and fertility journey, I know first hand how frightening, lonely and confusing this space can be. That's exactly why I bring the latest science into my work, so you have clarity, a sense of control, and results you can trust.

Do you work with clients outside the Cotswolds?

Yes, all of my work is online, so I support clients right across the UK and further afield.. Being based in the Cotswolds doesn't limit who I work with, video consultations mean you get exactly the same level of care wherever you're based.

Do you work with women preparing for egg freezing?

Yes, and egg freezing preparation is a particularly good time to do this foundational work. It gives your body real time to get ready for whatever comes next. The markers we address, including mitochondrial function, methylation, microbiome and toxic load, all directly affect egg quality at retrieval.
